Anglican Care Waiapu is the social service arm of the Anglican Diocese of Waiapu. It is a significant provider of Child and Family Services and Aged Care throughout the Bay of Plenty, Hawke’s Bay and Eastland.
Anglican Care Waiapu’s social services enable the Diocese of Waiapu to reach beyond the walls of the Church to provide caring and loving service in response to the needs of the wider community.

Our mission is to strengthen and develop our communities through our Early Childhood Education service Waiapu Kids, Family Services, Youth Mentoring and Programmes, our Grief Service, Retirement and Lifestyle Villages, Day Centres for the Elderly, Homebased care and Hospital, Dementia and Psychogeriatric Care.

We have over 50 services throughout our various sectors and we employ over 500 staff. In addition, there is a faithful community of approximately 300 volunteers throughout the region who loyally give time each week to help our communities.
As part of the faith community of the Anglican Diocese of Waiapu, our organisation enjoys a very close relationship with our diocese and parishes.
